The bricks must be brushed and wetted (if necessary) before laying.

Subsequently they will be laid touching offset to each other and adjusted with a rubber hammer, if necessary. Masonry must be accomplished in a bond. According to DIN 1053-1 there is a minimum amount of offset of 0.4 h and 45 mm, respectively, where h is the height of the brick. The higher value shall apply here.

For a layer height of 25 cm an amount of offset of 10 cm shall be met, for layer height of 12.5 cm it must be 5 cm.
