Precision Block masonry units

Precision concrete block stands out for its particularly high dimensional accuracy (tolerance of ± 1 mm). It is laid in thin-bed mortar and is 248 mm high. Interlocking grooves on the face of the brick makes construction easier. The bricks are threaded into one another, so that no mortar is needed for head joints.

Sand-lime precision concrete block weighing up to 25 kg is worked by hand.

Precision-cut block masonry construction means level wall surfaces that are suited for economical application of stucco. It has a high bearing capacity, which facilitates the construction of slender walls.

To complete the system, sand-lime closure blocks or sand-lime ISO-closure blocks are available for laying a top course or making sand-lime lintel units.

Sand-lime precision concrete block may be used in all types of masonry construction.
